Ingredients:

- 16oz Ground Turkey
- 8 Lasagna Noodles
- 1 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella
- 128g Pasta Sauce
- 1 Cup Chopped Spinach
- Seasonings of Choice
Instructions:
Bring a pot of water to boil. Once boiling, add noodles and cook until slightly less than al dente (roughly 5-7 minutes).
While the noodles are cooking, prepare the ground turkey.
Spray a sauce pan with nonstick spray. Cook the ground turkey until brown and season to your liking. I use salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Finely chop the spinach.
In a medium size baking dish, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and layer the ingredients like so; sauce, noodles, mozzarella, spinach, meat.
Continue until dish is full or you run out of ingredients.
Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let chill, cut, serve, and enjoy!
